New Moen Wynford Brushed Nicker Shower Head Only T4502BN T4502 New pack in unit from an original Moen posi-temp shower kit where the shower head was not used.  As such this shower head does not include any retail packaging or box.  It will come wrapped in the original baggie that you can see in pic 1.  I will, of course, ship it in a box, but not an original Moen box of any type. A great spruce up to your current shower setup! Listing is for shower head as pictured ONLY.  No other parts or accessories included.  Shower head may have some light marks from storage with other shower heads, but should be fairly minimal.
